Thin slitter unit
This unit is composed of hydraulic and double conic placing, hydraulic spading and drawing, straightening, shearing, end stopping , coiling, feeding, dropping cart, etc. The unit is hydraulically controled .Feeding .shearing, coiling of it adopt imported frequency regulating of DC motor control. The shearing uses mobile bent. The transfer and adjusting of cutters do not have to dismantle cutter holder. With high automation and easy operation.
It adopts spacing strip cutting. One the fixed cutter frame and mobile frame of the cutter holder, the lifer lifts or presses the down cutter holder to meet various cutters for different plate thickness. Oil cylinder pushes away the mobile frame so as to change cutters quickly
